View Full Version : Exhaust valve needed

I need one exhaust valve for a 2F. The head is at the machine shop and one valve was burnt beyond repair. I thought the F was the same but we discovered the 2F used a 3 groove keeper instead of a 1 groove.

are you down in the ranch during the day? I have probably 2 heads worth of valves out of a 2F. You can have one if you don't find one sooner or closer.

I'll be in the Ranch tomorrow. Can you leave on on your front porch for me?

yeap. :thumb: It'll be on the first step so the dogs don't go nuts and wake miss sophia depending on when you come by
remind me, this is the smaller of the two right?

I better grab one of each if you have them. I believe it is the small one. If you are lucky the rain gutter fairy will leave you some parts ;)

sweet.. actually by looking at them it's the larger one. I dug 3 good ones out. I'll leave the box out if you want to look through it for some better ones

I borrowed the whole box. I wasn't positive the machine shop needed one or two so I'll bring the rest back tomorrow.

np. that's why I left it out. Use what you need. I thought i had 2 heads worth of valves but that box looked like only 1. I didn't count though :o

the rain gutter fairy left you some treasure as well. You might want to hide that before the wife gets home. People at work were giving me funny looks when we loaded that into the Honda.

She's all too familiar with parts being left or for pickup on the porch. :lmao:
