Any of you Vintage Japanese 4x4 drivers have an interest in a Vintage Japanese motorcycle?

I have an all original 1974 CB550 K0 Four that I need to sell:

This is a really nice 1974 Honda CB550 K0. Sohc Four, totally stock with only 3100 original miles  barely broken in. I have owned it for about 6 years and I purchased it from the original owner who rarely rode it and always kept it stored in a garage, as I do. It has never seen rain and is super clean and original.

PM me if you're serious and I'll give you all the details and more pics. $3000 obo

One of my interests other than Landcruisers is vintage Honda bikes, mainly mid 60's to mid 70's street bikes. I have restored a bunch of these over the years and currently have a pair of '65 450's that are claiming all my attention.

Here's some pics of the others:

2 1972 CB350 K4 Twins (wife is keeping the gold one, Red one I sold to a friend)

1973 CL450 K5 Scrambler

Here's a pic of what my other two 1965 CB450 K0 Black Bombers are suppossed to look like (mine are in 1000+ peices)

I dunno why I don't have a bike with a motor... Wife would probably kill me. If I had the extra $ I would...

There's a select few who appreciate machinery like that. You'll find them on ebay. Very nice.

I'll ride it to your place Saturday for the kiosk work day if someone else can pic up the strap steel.

The SuperSport was a little later. It has the 4 into 1 exhaust system and mono-color paint. The K0 is the first year of the 550 engine and the upgraded transmission. The CB500 Four looks very similar and preceded the 550 for a few years but they have the notoriously notchy trans. All the 500's and 550's had disk front brakes. The drum brakes were in use on the early CB350 and CB450 as well as the scramblers.

Thanks for the interest. I don't really want to let it go for that low a price yet. I paid more for it six years ago and they keep going up in value, especially in this condition. I might put it on Ebay with a $3000 reserve just to gauge interest. If it doesn't sell there, I might let it go for less. I had it posted last fall on the SOHC4 forum and had a lot of interest and I priced it at $3500. Unfortunately the weather turned crappy and I put the bikes in winter storage and figured I would try to sell it this spring instead.

martin - I spoke with the spousal unit, and we have a no go for launch. So, don't bother bringing it down. I want it like you wouldn't believe, I mean seriously, a old school kerker and clubmans and I would be set, but I have to finish my scooter project, and get the fizzer back to near perfect...

Unfortunately, I don't think the wifes skills are ready for this bike in the twistys, meaning I don't think she would be able to deal with the oldschool frame after learning on modern sport bikes..

sorry. I do however have someone in mind at work. Doesn't anyone in the vintage local club (denver) want it? It's a steal at that price.

No problem. I'll see what it does on Ebay. I know how it is getting purchase approval from the wife. :D
