That black 58 'Vette looks like Bill Balsley's. If it is, I built the short block and rebuilt the Super T-10 in that car many moons ago when I still did that kind a thing for a buck. Super sweet car! The new GT and the '70 Boss 429 are Schaweeeet! Wonder if the Yanko was real or redone? L-88 Yankos SC's are hand built, very rare and extremely bad butt 'Merros!!!!

EDIT: after looking at all the pics that is NOT Bill's. This black one is about a 61ish. Bill's also had the real Corvette FI that feeds from the side of the airbox and of course it was a standard block not a modern Vortec.

Cool, Sounds like you guys did good. Thought I was going to be doing yard work, but the Mrs wanted to go to Costco and Walmart and she conisdered my attendance mandatory. Needless to say, I went. If mama aint happy, nobodies happy :D

The new GT and the 429 belong to a friend of a friend. I delivered the GT back late last summer in trade for a 65 Shelby GT 350. The new owner lives down towards Castle Rock and is a Ford fanatic. Great guy too. I am not sure of the Yenkos purity, but I have never seen a vinyl top on one. Good looking car none the less.

Alan Podvin (not sure about the spelling, hope I got it right). Same guy with the 6x6. I don't think he's ever joined, but he has run a few trails with us. Good guy. Spiderlegs and Al (with the shorty forty) know him.
