Genie Pro Max, 4 years old, chain drive. Replaced it because when there is any type of spike in the electric, it likes to open. For this reason, I would put it on a door that you don't use all the time and install a wall switch with a lock/vacation switch. It does come with new "eyes" from the new opener, brackets, wall switch(non locking). You need to supply the wires, remote(series II), bolts, and a way to hang the head from your ceiling.
