Ron, most enjoyable article about you & Max' 40 build.. made me excited about the idea of doing that with my son in another 12 years or so.. :thumb:

And I learned a lot about carb rebuilds too ;). And I'm usually one of the last ones to get their Trails, what gives? Anyone else get theirs yet?

I got mine today. But I haven't had time to read it yet. Good to see that some of you are putting off things and read it right away. But I'd hate to think you didn't get your work done today.

Mine showed up yesterday. I didn't read anything, but the picture on page 1 looked mighty fine.

some of the best reading in the Toyota Trails and that raffle rig in the back looks mighty fine also.

Am I understanding correctly that couple drove from NY to Alaska and back with only starter contacts replaced as the sole mechanical issue? That is a mighty fine testament to Toyota reliability right there...

Importation of dweasels from Oz sounded interesting. And 70s soon to be 25 years old, and legal? Old iron is more fun.
