i believe the rule is that once you draw blood working on a rig, it's truly yours, right? i guess that means the 80's mine now. bad enough i still haven't washed the deer blood off the ford from the durango trip, but now i got blood all over the hood and ws of the 80...knew i shoulda gone to the liquor store yesterday.

I feel the same way. I replaced the starter on the 100 nothing, no blood. I put the front bumper on and not only did I scratch the fender but I also drew blood. Now if you really want to bond with it, it needs to produce lifelong scars. I have reminders of my 60 series all over my arms and fingers.

If that's the case the Chili is bonded to me for life. Burns, cuts, bruises, rashes (from a coverall suit that I didn't wash first, does that count?), you name it.
