You should buy that old car, Ken. Just right for you. Better than the bimmer. :lmao:

If I was like Clive Cussler and could afford a wharehouse for my collection I would like to have a few older classic vehicles. But alas, I'm not rich just comfortable.

Love the bimmer. Gets great gas mileage, is fun to drive and meets all the requirements I stated a few months ago in my looking for a commuter car thread. I dribve the 80 once or twice a week still as thats a different kind of fun. The bimmer will never replace it, just allow me to keep it much longer.

Installed a pro-clip setup similar to the one in the 450 so I could use my Dell Pocket PC in both places. Back to the original thread . . . . loaded the new Eagles album on the Dell so I could listen to it while driving around. Tomorrow will be the bimmer and looks like monday will be the truck.

Sorry for the hijack, but I can't resist. Elvis needs boats.

I think I have a Mojo Nixon CD. Good stuff! I ought to throw that on my iPod.

Listening to the new Eagles album now. It's pretty good. They still sound like themselves.

On another front, Prince released a song that's probably his best song in 20 years. You can get it for free from his web site here:

If you were a fan of the Sign O' The Times album, you should grab this immediately. :)

Just listened to it...all in all it's ok. I'm going to need more listening time for sure.

CD1 is very slow countryish adult contemporary. I"m not sure how I feel about it, mixed well and great sound.

I like the second CD much better...seems more "them" I guess. I definitely wasn't blown away by any means but there are a few good tracks.
