2007 Rising Sun Holiday Party
Saturday, Dec. 1, 4:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
We're kid friendly, so bring your whole family.

Location: Matt Farr's house: 7337 S. Hudson Way Centennial, CO 80122 Map (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&time=&date=&ttype=&q=7337+S+Hudson+Way,+Centennial,+CO+80122&sll=39.584065,-104.92365&sspn=0.007111,0.011855&ie=UTF8&ll=39.584127,-104.923725&spn=0.113776,0.189686&z=13&iwloc=addr&om=1)

All are invited: if you've been to a meeting or a trail run this year, feel free to show up. You need not be a member.

Beer: One of our newest guys works for Anheuser-Busch and has generously agreed to donated 7 cases of FREE beer! Woo hoo!

Food: We usually do a potluck, with the club buying the main course. I forgot to vote to authorize funds for this, but since we have every year, I'm going to assume it will be approved at the December meeting. My plan is to buy some Bennett's BBQ (http://www.bennettsbbq.com/index.shtml). Post up what you'll bring!

Gift Exchange: Bring a wrapped gift. Value of gift should be no more than $15. White elephant items are fine, too. If you bring a gift, you'll get a gift. If you don't, you won't.

That'll be a LOT of beer between the two of you :D

We plan to attend, just not sure what we are bringing yet. Probably a desert and maybe a veggie tray or sumthing like that? I'm not very talented in the kitchen department :hill:

I think Kim and I can make it. We'll bring a big bowl of garlic-mashed-potatoes and a couple of horderves, maybe olives and bruschetta.

It's Sophia's first birthday that day. Tracy and I are trying to plan to come over for a little bit though afterward.

Wow! That's awesome. Let's see: that means she's crawling, right? Is she pulling herself up on furniture and trying to stand yet?

No.. she's been walking for about a month now

Wow! She's obviously a genius. I think our kids both started walking right after their first birthdays.
