Pg 7, Rising Sun Rally tidbit.

Great shot of Drew's 40, along with the purple 40 that belongs to another guy in the club. Drew and Ige standing dead center in the photo, talking, i believe to the gentleman who owns the purple 40, not sure.

Congrats guys!

Hey, that's my 40 right next to Drew's! Woo hoo!

Is the 40 on the right side of the page Shawn's/Cardinal's 40? If so it is a dark gray vs purple...although he did say the paint has a tendancy to change color depending upon the light :)

Darn dude, your hair looks awful :o

Jeff you are correct, it's a gray color and depending on the angle, and other unknown factors it'll look either purpley-gray, or greenish-gray...

Hey, there's my 15min. of fame! Not sure if that's me chatting with Drew or not. I'll have to take a close look at it.

Thanks for posting!

At the time that picture was taken I was walking right under Harry (he was on top of the out buildings near where the winch seminar was) walking over to the driver's ed buildings to get some H20 for the K9s. That was some of the worst tasting water I have ever had. But, it was a really good day because that was the day I bought the winning ticket to that beautiful 62!

If you look on the Idaho article there is a picture of Uglibus (Michael Aaron), a former Rising Sun guy, with a screwed up caption. Replacing 1FZE in a 91? Arghhh!

I was really disappointed in the Idaho article. My title was "Without a Bezel" and it was about being a wagon owner and how the tides had changed. Kevin Landsiedel was the only one on this run with a bezel. I absolutely hate that everyone has to make Potato comments and titles for their articles in 4wd magazines. Percentage wise very little of Idaho is used for growing Potatoes. They also grow Sugar Beets, Wheat, Barley, Hay, Corn etc... The Dairies have become a huge operation in recent years.

Yeah, the potato stuff was a little wierd, but I thought the ID article was good. Looked like a mucky good time!
