Haha, ok. It's my day off if you can't tell. Where are some good spots to go check out Christmas trees? I am looking to get one today and I am not sure where is the best spot here around Louisville?

Best deal I found was a 6' Noble Fir from King Soopers, $39. Pretty decent too. They have Grand Firs for $29 like the McCoy's lots, but those blow needles pretty bad and won't hold ornaments. FWIW, McCoy's wanted $69 for the same tree!!
Hobby Lobby. Get a cheap fake one and use it for 20 years. Save money and nothing to clean up.

Digging through the garage to find that old bow saw: Free
Driving out into Pike's National Forest: $3.07 a gallon
National Forest tree-cutting permit: $10.00
Spending the day out in the moutains with the family and grandma with a bit of wheelin' the backroads, a bit of huntin' for just the right tree, a bit of lumberjackin' to cut down my daughter's first Christmas tree, and a picnic with the family: PRICELESS
