I am wondering if I can hook up with some RSers from Denver/Northside to Slick Rock? At the moment I am planning on leaving early on Wednesday morning, but may see about Tuesday morning if I can get everything together and add an additional night at Slick Rock. So, who is leaving when and can we hook up (I'm in my '40, but it'll do 70 easily)? :thumb:

We are hopefully leaving Wednesday am...I hope to leave the Littleton area by 9am and be at Slickrock by 4pm at the latest. We'll be pulling the popup so you probably really don't want to caravan with us :hill:

Leif (`._.[xtr3m3]._.) and I were planning on caravaning with our 40's, leaving Wednesday morning. Last year we met up in Dumont/Idaho Springs along I-70. You're welcome to join us. Our 40's don't do 70 though.:D.

Yes they do Martin - I was huffing and puffing to keep up with you on the way back last year, and you're rolling on 34s! Jealous!

I hope to leave Littleton around 5-6 am so I can get there a little earlier to help with tech and or squeeze in a run. I will be towing the 4runner on our new trailer, well new to us. Speeds of 40 up the pass and 70 down. Maybe we can list our cell numbers in the members only area if anyone needs help. I haven't had time to get my Ham license yet so I am out of that loop and the CB is in the 4runner.

Since I'm saving up my vacation time for Rubithon, I won't be coming out until Wednesday afternoon-evening. I'm hoping to leave work about 3:00 p.m. (DTC area). Anyone who is rolling in late, let's caravan.

This might be where I'm at too, although I'm considering something earlier (Tuesday night or Wednesday at the crack of dawn).

I will be leaving pretty late from denver because I have to wait on my girlfriend (Allison) to get back into town. Her plane lands at 5 so we'll be leaving the airport area hopefully around 5:30 or 6.

we'll be making our way into camp pretty late, but anybody that wants to come with us is welcome to..

I'll be leaving sometime Tuesday. Monday night I'll be at a Denver City Council meeting that may go till 2AM (!) and then I'll be loading the truck, so not sure what time I'll hit the road.

Definitely in time for a Night Run!

If I am in Moab, how would I jump on the repeaters and catch people coming over? That would be kinda fun to do Sunday, talking to Denver and points west.

Depends on your setup. I was taling on the Colorado Repeater System via the Grandjunction node almost into Moab last year.

Will also be monitoring the Colorado Connection as well as our simplex freq on 2m. If someone forgets something, radio back! :thumb:
