Wow, cool Corbet. I hope it doesn't mean we'll see less of you in the club.

That's great news Corbet, I know you've wanted to get down there.

did you guys sell your lot (http://forum.ih8mud.com/mud-bay-miscellaneous-sale/218275-breckenridge-colorado-residential-lot.html)?

and are you guys going to do the B&B thing?

Unfortunately yes, this will mean less of me at meetings and front range events. I hope to remain as active in the club as possible given our new location. Wheeling trips in the San Juan's and Moab will be much easier though :D

We did not find a location suitable for the B&B dream. But for a little more money then our current town home in Frisco we found a 3 bedroom home on 1.23 acres, large garage, etc...

Our Breckenridge lot is yet to sell. It's still covered in snow and I don't expect much buying activity until its melted out.

Congrats! After a ton of thinking I had to turn down a job in Durango, but hopefully will be down there a lot this summer. Have fun!

Might take you up on that this weekend. We have our inspections on Monday but I'll be out and about roaming around town on Sunday.

Closing date 7/7/08 take possession 7/11/08

Guess I won't be making as many meetings from now on. But I'll make sure to make it to at least two events a year ;)

Cruise Moab will definitely be on our short list and we really enjoyed Ouray last year too. Once we get to know the area, we would love maybe to have run in Durango for a weekend that we do. Just to let everyone know, maybe now that we have a real garage, we might be able to become lifted (shh, don't tell Corbet that he has brainwashed me :)). Which I also call "waveable". Since we are not lifted, etc.. when we wave at other LC that are lifted, they look at us in our 80 and I think they think we are weak and therefore not "waveable" :) But that's just my 2 cents. They could also just be rude :) Anyway, everyone is welcome at our new place when we move. We might even bring out some BBD....or at least if Mike (TreeRoot) comes to visit :) However, you might be put to work too since the house needs some work!

It seems Marianne will not lay off Mike after CM08. Its an inside joke referring to his new rum of choice. :boozer:
