picked up a t100 off a post-grad student who needed to pay bills. will get pics soon

I will make someone a hell of a deal on a silverado classic. ;)

anyway, lots of people don't like these trucks, however, they do feel to have more power than an 80, (purely seat of the pants dyno mind you). I needed the room of the t100/tundra, but I couldn't afford a tundra.

I got this for the same price as a taco, and the extra room is a bonus. Truck is very dirty, needs buffed, but is very mechanically sound. Very good maintenance history. Needs a right front cv and the leather is real rough on the seats, but it has a MOONROOF!!!!

pics soon..

Very cool! Don't know why you say they are not desirable! A clean one is hard to find....most folks keep them till they die and very few have made it that far! Solid truck lot's of potential!

Moon roof eh? Must have even scored an SR-5, congratulations!

SR5 for sure, leather and a moon roof.

Yeah, I agree with UB, the T100 is desirable and IMO under appreciated. Good size if you want a little more shoulder room than a mini or Taco. I like early Tundras OK, too, but the current ones are just too big for me. Plus mileage is better than the Tundra and they're made in Japan. That and it's just smaller than full size were too much to overcome. Being a true import it got a heavy tariff and so Toyota could never get the price low enough to really catch on for utility.

Congrats, you'll love it.

Congrats John

Going to build it?

Congrats John, I think that's the only T100 I know of in the club...you're gonna start a revolution! ;)

Very cool. I agree that those trucks are underappreciated. They are pretty hard hard to come by.

it took 6 months to find a decent one.

no build per se.. just a stock fishing/wheeling/hauling truck. Here's the ad. Damage multiplier is already at the recycler's...

kinda hard to see in the cell phone pic, but the truck was actually pink not red when I got it. 5 buffings later, it is now red. not red chilli red, but pretty good for 14 yr old paint.

Nice truck, John! I used to drool over those at the Toyota dealers. I think they are the hawtness!

Now all those 80 owners are driving passe vehicles! Better sell them while you can and pick up a T100! Better power, better mileage... and a BED!

I can't believe you didn't hang on to the chrome brush guard.....:lmao:

Great truck. I've seen quite a few of those T100's turned into great weekend campers. This guy has a sweet setup:

Yeah, welcome back.

I'm sure you'll design some cool custom mods.
