Well, not much to say. We all have reasons why we have to sell at some point. I'm tired of being in debt and now that my wife is staying at home again, it's not really going away at all.

This rig is pretty much point and shoot.

Located in Greeley, CO

1993 FZJ-80

Suspension:
Slee 4" front springs (less than 1,500 miles)
OME J springs (less than 1,500 miles)
OME "L" shocks
Slee Caster Plates
Slee DC driveshaft
Slee Extended Brakelines
Slee Rear adjustable upper rear control arms
Slee bumpstop spacers front and rear
Slee sway bar spacer

Drivetrain:
4.88 Gears
ARB lockers front/rear
Center Diff Lock switch, Pin 7 mod
Birfs were replaced by PO with chromolly, but I'll need to confirm that as there was a little confusion on what the shop put in.
(5) 315x75x16 BFG Muds on stock rims, 90% tread, possibly a 6th spare if wanted.

Armor/bumpers:
ARB Deluxe Front bumper
Metaltech Sliders
Slee Skid Plate
Homemade rear bumper/tire carrier

Goodies
On Board Air, ARB compressor, Viair 2.5 gallon tank, quick couplers front/rear, air manifold, pressure guage
Kenwood CD/MP3 deck
MTX component front speakers/tweeters
4" rear speakers
Backup Camera, small screen on visor
Wet Okole Seat covers
Perlux fog lamps up front
Brand New Deka AGM battery

Miscellaneous:
O2 sensor replaced 1.5 years Ago
PHH fix with silicon hose kit
New Starter contacts and plunger
Receipts from when it was stock, fluids flushed/changed, I have a huge folder full of all receipts.

The paint is ok, it looks pretty good, but it's not showroom. There are a few scratches and dull spots. One flare has a crack in it. Seats are ok, the front is cracked and why they were covered with Wet Okole seat covers.

It's got 244K on it. Runs great, good power. As far as I know, the headgasket has not been replaced. It has only had 10-12K put on in the last 2 years in terms of miles. All mods are under that mileage as well.

I have a Ramsey 8K worm drive winch that we may work into the sale if you are interested.

In terms of trade, I'm basically only looking for a 100 series for my wife, (we'd then sell her 80) Or a partial trade on a REALLY cheap 40 to get me around in the winter...like 3K and under.

$10,500

yeah, it's getting really old

I'm just even more sick of debt. I can't stand owing people (other than house) so I"m basically at my limit. :(

It's a good rig and fully built.

Sorry to read this but I think we can all understand your reason. I will post a shortcut of this on my work website and my wife's, never know. If I could take the debt I would love to but your rig but........

I saw you deleted the thread on mud, saying it sold. Do you mind sharing the details? It helps those who are looking to sell or buy.

Good on you Ben, get outta of the debt and feel the burden lifted man, good luck with the sale, looks like a KILLER rig. Maybe someone can keep it in the "family." We'd be all over it if our timing was better (read 3-4 years from now) ;)

Any trade interest in a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 reg cab short bed with 65,000 miles on it? Has matching shell also. Just thought I'd ask.

For that kind of money, the Zepps are more interested in TJ's piggie than an 80, but it is a thought. :-)

Ben,

Right there with you man, sorry to see the 80 up for sale - I know you will find a good home for her!

This is a very nice clean 80. There is more on this rig than Ben's Goodie List contains...

Where was that post about your last wheeling trip on Crystal where you showed the Jeepers how its done?

Thanks Jeff! If $ were no object, I'd keep the Pig and buy this 80 for Leanne!

thanks guys, back in town from vacation.

yes, the rig did really well wheeling. I made it up spots others (jeeps) ;) just messing with them, having problems. I didn't even air down the tires :lmao:

In all fairness, it was mostly the wheelbase difference. However that doesn't change the fact i was inside, A/C, tunes, dust free when they looked like they had driven on the moon. lol :lmao:
