That a rag joint for a 73 FJ40 is $63.54 from Burt?????????

Does anyone have a used one in reasonable shape for a REASONABLE price?

Hmmmm....you want to get a used one because....the new one so far has cost you $1.77 a year or assuming you have about 200k on the clock it has cost you $0.00032 per mile. Toyota junk! :rolleyes: Let me put it in a better perspective.......would you trust you life to a used steering rag joint?

I assume that is with the RS discount from Burt? What about Stevinson? How about CruiserDan (I know...support local but when you're young and money strapped you do what you go to do folks)?

I agree with UB. Never skimp on brakes and steering. These components keep you alive.

I think you should check again! The price you quoted was a retail price! Expect to pay about $20+ less with your RS discount and sponsoring Toyota Dealers. :thumb::thumb:

You should always clarify your club ties before ordering parts or getting quotes many local vendors and non-dealership shops provide discounts to RS and TLCA members :twocents:
