The first part of October we are going hunting - the whole family. :thumb:
HOWEVER, that means we have two young Shelties that need care while we are gone.

Can anyone recommend a quality kennel (that is affordable, but safety and care for the animals trump cheap)?

We usually rely on our network of sitters, but for last minute get away we really like Camp Bow Wow (http://www.campbowwow.com/us/co/littleton/).

Wow. Second time someone has brought up Shylo. Quite the doggie country club LOL.

Man, Camp Bow Wow is like down the street from us more or less. But...
2 dogs (same owner) $55/night
$19 more than Shylo. Dangit.

I'm with Bruce, Cottonwood is our place. Been going there for many many years, and they went WAY above and beyond the call when our husky was going downhill - Decidedly not on the cheap side though.

Bill, High Country Kennels is on the south side of Ken Caryl just east of Wadsworth, and they are great, and less expensive than the prices you mentioned. Good folks there.
