I have a friend who has an '80 40 that he's working on -- I'll ask what he needs.

Off the top of his head, here's a list of misc parts that he could use:

- Running boards
- Emergency brake cable (maybe addition pieces as well -- he hasn't figured out what's really missing yet)
- Windshield Plug next the rear view mirror
- Dash grommet
- Heater control levers
- Shifter knob
- Jump seats
- Smog pump
- Air cleaner breather hose
- Power steering

Where are you located?

Man, I hate to see a running rig get parted out. Especially one that I helped get running.:(

might be interested in the hard top and / or hard doors if they aren't rusty...

Have a set of sun visors, by chance?

Basically the only thing left on this rig is the frame with shocks and leaf springs, the rear axle housing and the manual steering gear.

Does it still have the cross member that the rear shocks attach to?

Yes, but right now I prefer to sell the frame complete. If you want the complete frame I would let you have it for $150. It has a fairly new rear cross member on it too. What you dont use you could probably get a fair price from the scrap dealer for it.

OK. I don't need the entire frame. If you can't sell it let me know before it gets scrapped and I will take the cross member if you are ammenable to that.:)
