Why not? Really. Customized autos are just a statement about the persons wanting and/or doing the modification. While I wouldn't be caught dead in a death trap like that, that guy wouldn't wanna drive a rusted out 40 year old Land Cruiser over the rocks. To me it looks like at least the rear axle had some thought put into it and the fact that he's tooling down the highway at speed and doesn't appear to be wondering all over the road tells me at least a little thought into the front geometry happened. I like all things automotive and to be honest, even though I might throw up a little in my mouth when I see things like this I would still enjoy checking it out closer and who knows....maybe even learn something.

My 4 year old has a Hot Wheels car that looks just like that. While totally rediculous, I bet the driver's got an ear to ear grin. How could you not smile?

Some of you may be familiar with frankentaco.com These are some other examples of minds gone crazy. the pictures are priceless but some of the commentary is NSF children. Apt descriptive words, yes, but not, I repeat, for children. Feel free to ask me to delete the link if needed.

I love this site! I have visited it now and then over the last few years. I thought I would be a contributor about a year ago. I was with my son north east of DIA and saw a ~'73 Ford F-250 that was ridiculously lifted and for sale on the side of the road. We stopped and looked at it and the drag link angle was just dangerouse. When I came by again the next week with a camera there was no scary F-250 on the side of the road anymore. Gasp! I guess it was sold.
