Is anyone interested in an old mobile scanner? Make me an offer. It works but is dirty and has been sitting in a box for many years. Very short power leads from installing in different vehicles over the years. Antenna jack is BNC. It's too old for tracking trunked systems, but it's also older than the legislation that blocked cell phone frequency monitoring.
