Did someone say "Hooters?" Top 10 on my list of what makes life good. Cruisers are on that list and '63 split window couple Corvettes make the list as well. Hey, I'm three for three!!! Life is good. :hill:

Must be the only one that remains "manly" in any condition. Which is good as mine sits in the yard without an engine or interior slowly rusting away into nothingness.

Too many really super expensive vehicles on that list. But I will agree with:
Land Cruiser
Viper
Corvette
H1
Lamborghini Countach

But aren't almost all cars manly anyway? I had a friend with a supercharged Miata -- even that was manly.

Two unmanly cars:
New VW Beetle (esp. with the flower in the vase on the dash).
SMART car (all the disadvantages of a motorcycle, all the disadvantages of a car... None of either's advantages... All in one package!)

I'm bummed that the Subaru wagon didn't make the list? My '77 and '84 Subaru wagons were WAY more manly than a Ferrari  - especially the baby blue '84 that I had

That's an odd list. A 40 and a Cobra make interesting bookends - two totally different worlds.

I can see the Vette, and H1, but the Cadillac, Viper and Countach make no sense. For vintage luxury I'd choose a Duesenberg or Rolls over a Cadillac. A Charger Daytona or other late Sixties Mopar is a better fit than the Viper as is an F40 or Porche 959 over the POS Countach. I thought for sure there would be a Porche 911 or Porche something on the list. There are probably twice as many F150s with greasy hands at the wheel than Rams. I hate to say it, but an original Bronco with crappy rear fender flares has the edge over a crappy rear fender flared 40 in the manly category. Flame away! :hill:

To look at Toyota’s portly 2008 Land Cruiser (http://www.askmen.com/cars/car_vs_car/12_car_vs_car.html), you don’t immediately think “manly car.” Go back awhile and consider the old two-door version, the Japanese Jeep known as the FJ40 Land Cruiser. Once upon a time, owners subjected their Land Cruisers to tougher duty than navigating mall parking lots.
