This past weekend was spent fishing on the Green River. In keeping with our club spirit, here is the one photo with Toyota content.

As we are all about our rides and I was in a different vehicle each day, here is my Saturday ride.

On Sunday I was more of a passenger.

Then on Monday I was back at work in this vehicle.

There is no denying this canyon is a very pretty place.

Of course there are a few rapids to keep you on your toes.

And there are plenty of fish eager to help all have a good time.

Every now and then you can even end up with two fish in your net at the same time.

Less often, if you don't pay attention a strangers dog will jump into the water and grab your fish before you get it in the net.

Don't worry about the fish, it went back into the water and swam away.

The fishing is not just for the human folk, though I don't have a picture there were Osprey with fish in tow moving overhead each day. I did get this picture of an otter enjoying his trout.

Great pics Ricardo I got to go there several years ago and had a blast some of the best fishing I have ever experienced. Bought a float tube last summer and am hoping to get out a bunch more:thumb:

Very nice pictures, wish I was there. Thought about bringing the rod with me to Moab for a day of sunning but not sure how far I would need to go to get some flies wet. How far out of town were you guys?

PS I have a check for you, you around Saturday?

We fished directly below Flaming Gorge Reservoir in what is known as the A section which ends at Little Hole. The nearest towns of any size are Vernal UT and Rock Springs WY; each being roughly 1.5 hours from the river. The area is very popular for recreation so there there is plenty of camping, and lodging alternatives much closer to the river.

I will be. I also have to head out to Roxborough to drop off some fishing stuff that ended up in our vehicle to my brother. I'll give you a call to see about dropping off the bag I have for you;).
