Hi folks,
I've been holding off posting anything, guess I didn't want to jinx it, but it's been 3 months and things look good, so here goes:

Check out my new job! :D www.earthroamer.com

It's been a steep learning curve, but it's a lot of fun. They're complicated vehicles that take "RV's" to a whole new level. I figured the folks on here would find them interesting, let me know if you have any questions. That's what I'm here for.

Those are way cool. You should bring one to a RS meeting sometime! Congrats on the cool job.

I'd love to, but we're selling them so fast we sold our demo! There will be one at Cruise Moab though, so make sure you stop and say hi. He pulls an FJ40, and just finished the Roundup in Texas.

Thanks Uncle Ben. I'm having a good time and sold two last week, so far so good. At this price, you don't have to sell to many!

I noticed your 62 was surrounded by those things in the official member's rigs thread ;)

Robbie and I got the cook's tour today. Very cool trucks. Maybe when the Toyota heavy duty pickups are available, they'll have more platform options?

Matt, I tried and tried to get Bill to come to a meeting and give us a presentation back when his series was being published in one of the off road mags and all he had was the original, built on a Dodge platform (I believe he uses F450s now?). His schedule and our meeting schedule just couldn't collide. Maybe you can help out there?

Congrats on your new gig!

Yeah, I'd love to see a Toyota platform. The current model will never be, I just don't see Toyota making a platform that will safely haul 15,000 pounds and still have 10,000 towing capacity.

Bill is pretty swamped, but if we ever have a demo truck again, (will be at least a year) we'll get one out to a meeting for everybody to poke around in.

In the meantime, make sure all the Rising Sun people at CM say hello to Vince from Minnesota, he tows a nice 40 behind his.

Dyna Trucks, made by Toyota (http://www.toyotatrucks.co.za/home.asp)

From 1.5 Ton to 5 Ton (http://honeydewtoyota.ix.co.za/site/awdep.asp?dealer=3674&depnum=12662). I *think* that would fill the bill, however I'm not sure they're all available in 4x4. Still, Toyota does make some VERY heavy duty trucks, they just don't sell them here.

Yeah, Toyota makes a lot of cool things that they don't sell here. I'll check those out though, they sound pretty cool.
