As part of my restoration project, I need to replace the dented drivers side apron on my 1972 FJ40. It has the cut out for the side marker light and holes for the real chrome side emblem. I think years 10/69-9/73 will work. If you have an extra you could part with, please let me know. Thanks.

Now that everyone is back from Moab, thought I would give this a bump.

Thanks Mike but Timm wants to trade for some hub caps I have. If it doesn't work out, I'll get back to you. On a separate subject, were you able to find those power steering templates?

Still looking for a driver's side apron for my '72 40. As soon as I can find one I'll be cruisin' topless this summer.

I might have one but I won't have access to it until August... if you still need one then shoot me a PM.

Thanks for the offer but I could really use one sooner than later. I'm hoping to drive my Cruiser to the RS Rally this year.

Have you called Oleg? You could also call Merl down at Classic Cruisers in Salida.

The search for a 1972 vintage FJ40 driver's side apron continues...

Timm thought he had one but as it turns out, his fits '75 and up model years. I suppose I could purchase one from SOR for $35 or a brand new one for around $95 from Stevinson. I'll give this one more try on the RS forum. Thanks.

Thanks for responding to my parts request but I did find a good used apron a couple weeks ago.
