In need of some trusted professionals...

Real Estate Lawyer, Appraisals, Inspections, especially need a good re-fi person, and a good broker too...etc

Who do you guys like and trust?

Also, I used to have a website linked that would tell me the MLS info...like when it had been listed, for how long, etc. Now I can't find it. Any ideas?

Also, anyone ever done a Lease Purchase? Sounds perfect for my situation...I can buy while waiting to be bought out of my house...

Anyway, thanks all.

Is a fun one when looking for home values...

As for a re-fi person...There was a thread not too long ago with some names including the person we used that we really liked and went the distance for us...I'll see if I can find the link...

I'll try to remember to PM you the contact info for my former employer. I was once a mortgage brooker myself. He is the only one I ever use for home loans.

Joe Dillier, his website, let him know you found him through me.

You need to talk to fellow green 80 driver Daniel, PM Inukshuk.. he plays a real estate lawyer in real life. :)

I can vouch for Christopher Raichart. He is my realtor/mortgage broker. He has both licenses, so he ended up saving me quite a bit of money. denverpropertytour.com is his website. pm me if you need further details. tell him Matt sent you.

Also - Lenders are ordering all of the appraisals now. So you really don't need to know one.

WOW! There is a name I haven't heard in a while! I used to work with Christopher! Is he still a bike rider? Tell him "Carey, the Schwan's Man" said "Hello!"

as of april 1st, you must order your appraisal through the lender, otherwise they will order another one. but you don't have to tell her that.

whoever is doing your refi should know that. if they dont... well good luck.
