This is nick. We meet at BHCC.
Thinking over my September vacation. It snuck up on me. Lol
Anything going on out your way during the week of 12th thru the 18th. I'm way behind on planning anything. Maybe just a few days of moderate trails? Thinking on googling something? Any ideas?

Steve, Carl sent me this link, and somehow I managed to remember John's login. Tumbling River Ranch was indeed the ranch John worked at when he first came to Colorado. I bet he would remember that old truck. In fact, if he had found out it was for sale it would probably have ended up in our driveway!! The jeep tours at the ranch were set up to help save the wear and tear on the horses. John and Roger (the other driver who remained a good friend) went in every night after dinner and recruited people to take on jeep tours. It is how John learned so much about South Park, both jeep roads and the history. From all accounts they had some pretty big adventures in the days before people got "sue happy". Anyway, thanks for sharing. I miss going 4 wheeling, but I knew it wouldn't be fun by myself. If anyone ever needs a passenger, let me know! BTW, the guy I sold the Cruiser to put a lot of work into it to trick it out for 4 wheeling. Unfortunately that winter he was in a car accident (not in the cruiser) and had some lingering health issues, so he sold the Cruiser in I guess in 2013.
Even 4 years later it's nice to read the comments from the guys so again, thanks for sharing. Hope you and Suzie are well.
