NICE PICS MAN!!!! Wow. What a beautiful day. Awesome that the cruiser was running well too. Your pops looks like he's enjoying it!

Where is that section? Last time I was up there (about 5 yrs ago) it was just a dirt road with a few bumps.

Your pop's needing some serious sun block there? Or does he weld without a helmet too?
:lmao: :lmao:

Seriously... love that area. That is the real reason I got into 4x4ing. Easy to forget that.

Gate was locked on main road. We hiked from there. About 1 mile. On the way back down we saw another road coming in above the gate. #7014A I think. We then found that spur below the gate and took it all the way to the Lake. Great Day and great company!!!!!

What nice pictures!! I love seeing him smile after all the work of getting his rig running! And what beautiful flowers! Man I can't wait to get up there

Very nice. Looks like Mr. Davidson and Mr. Davidson had a very nice day. Did you catch any fish? Does the stream feeding the lake flow through a meadow anywhere close to the lake?

Father-son trips rock! Like father like son eh? Or is it the other way around? :p:

Very nice to see the '79 going strong after all the work you guys put into it! Is that a flat tire or just a lot of weight on it?

BTW my favorite flowers are alpine wildflowers - I don't know the names of any of them, but still they are my favs...:D
