There used to be a place called duncan 4x4 that worked on older cruisers, scouts, jeeps etc. if it's just changing the phh anyone can do it.

None of these are in the same town, but they are all reputable shops that are in the area (kind of):

Proffitt's Cruisers in Delta, CO
1-877-776-3348

Safari Ltd in Grand Junction
(970) 245-5898

Classic Cruisers in Salida
719-539-7733

PHH ? Power steering high pressure hose ?

If That is what phh means, just block it off or drive with the leak he still has mechanical connection to the wheels ! Just a PITA to steer, but he will be able to drive it to a shop! And any shop can change it. Getting the part is the hard part.

Pesky Heater Hose. On the back of the 1FZ engine up against the firewall. A very difficult hose to change out.

Isn't Classic Cruisers closed?

BTW, there are Toyota dealers in Delta and Montrose, too.

Dunno about Classic Cruisers. At one point, the business was up for sale. Their website still makes it look they are open for business. www.classiccruisers.com

Montrose Toyota dealership is a good call.
