It took me like 15 minutes to figure out "face-space" or whatever that is. Please fax me the same instructions you are sending to ol40dog. :)

I will put all the info on a punch card for you...or reel to reel tape?(Or a cassette tape if you still have a Commie 64...)

Think it was the Trash (TRS) 80's that took the cassettes.

Did someone say Eight track or A-trac??

timmbuck2 04-22-2011 09:48 AM

before the giant floppy disk drive came out for the commie you had to use cassette tapes. :)

We had a Commodore tape loader for the Vic 20 & C64, but the floppies were much preferred. Think that a smart phone has not just a little more horsepower, but A LOT (like hundreds of times) more computing capability than the C64.

LIKE donor posts on Facebook

Wow, there is some seriously vintage tech in this old thread!

Calling on Rising Sun club members who use facebook to LIKE the posts we are currently making in thanks to the companies who donated to the 2015 CM Raffle.

We are trying to give the donor companies some bang for their buck so to speak and the more likes these post's get, the more exposure they get, the more the appear, etc.

If we want the big boys to bring big prizes we need to give them some value and this is one way we are hoping to do that. So like, share, comment, post away Rising Sun!

Thanks a lot!
