I think that this may be for a mini but need help identifying. Came with a box of parts but I think it may have locker as well. Here's some photos:

i'm seeing what looks like plates in there, wonder if it's some sort of posi?

There's definitely plates in there

It looks like a regular 8", 4 cylinder diff from a mini to me. Seems like that's a limited slip but the case isn't quite right to be the Toyota one from a Supra.

It's a Toyota 4cyl. It has 5:28 gears, 7 pinion, 37 ring. The gears have the Richmond logo and use a ring gear spacer. It looks like there are clutch plates, I don't see any spider gears. Doesnt look lunchbox but IDK. Just need to ID the carrier now.

Wow, 5:28... That'll get your 4-runner over the obstacles.

Thanks again, Travis. It was nice meeting you, can't wait to go wheeling. I need to figure out what this locker is to decide to use it with my 4:10's or save it for the SAS and just get 1 more 5:29 3rd.

Typo, I'm sure he meant 5.29, but yeah, I think he is correct on most counts, but I'd say LSD, not lunchbox, but hard to say without pulling it out. Good find!
