100 3rd row seat
This goes to those with 100 series and kids!

As some of you know I'm having a 3rd little one in January; so today I got the rear RH seat off the shelf in the garage, snapped it in place and went on to mount my son's car seat to it!
He's only 5 years old but pretty tall and right away I noticed his head room is very small but doable for now!

My disappointment came when I started shaking the car seat and the whole thing was just going everywhere!

That seatbelt on the back sucks at doing its job of holding it tight! Now I'm here thinking of modifying stuff so I can keep my kid safe in his seat!

Of course some of you have come across the same issue and I thought I better ask first and see if anybody came up with a better way already!

If you've been there, how did you solved it?

Paulo, I tried the 3rd row as well. I could get the car seat tight by bearing down on the belt, I just didn't like Keagan being all the way back there...... Plus we needed that space for gear.

I can fit all 3 car seats/boosters in the second row. We like that much better.

Same here, any time we've had 3 kids we have run 3 across the back seat... even two car seats and an infant seat (in the center) will fit. It's too much of a pain to try to strap anyone in way back there, and not worth the lost cargo room.

Absolutely, the cargo space lost is huge! I'm gonna mount all 3 car seats in the center row in the morning and see how it comes out.

I just put my 3rd row back in for the holidays, with family in town. Forgot about the cargo loss... Also see what you mean about head room with car seats.
