Industrial Small Shop/Warehouse Units For Lease-Lakewood

Not sure if this is the right place for this, mods please move or delete if not.

I've got a couple small industrial units available at a property in Lakewood (1130 Harlan Street, which is around Sheridan and Colfax). It'd be great to have someone from here fill one up, cruiser related or not.

The ones available are:

1160 Harlan Street
1 Roll Up Door
1000SF Warehouse/Shop Space
300SF Office Space
$950/mo
Available Now

1142 Harlan Street
2 Roll Up Doors
Outside Fenced Storage
1400SF Warehouse/Shop Space
200SF Office Space
$1300/mo
Available Feb or March 2014.

The units are heated, no AC though. Ceilings aren't that tall, I think around 10ft. It's a great place to run a small business from and well located. The other neighbors are a mix of painters, pool cleaners, restaurant equipment repair, cabinet makers, vintage motorcycle restoration, etc.. to give you the flavor.

Prices above are what I have listed, but I could do better for a cruiserhead with a decent lease (2+ years).

Please shoot me a PM with any interest or questions.

Very cool.

Do these sorts of units come up for lease somewhat regularly?

I've certainly looked for stuff like this to rent in the Lakewood/Golden area in the past, and depending on how things play out with work in the future, I very well may be looking again.

Do units like these typically always have 220V power?

Yeah, curious as to what the power ratings are?

Most of them have 100-150A of two phase. Some are better upgraded than others from previous tenants. The smaller unit I listed above has good power with a modern panel. I'll get specifics and post the up next time I am there.

maybe

Hi dave,
I would be interested in looking at the two door space. How big is the lot?

Excellent! I don't have exact dims, I will get down this weekend, but it is not real large. He's got a full size van, and an old pickup parked in there now, and that fills up 75% or so of it.
