NL intelligent solenoid: where to install on 100 series?

I'm about to take the plunge and start wiring up the dual batts in the LX. I have the Slee tray installed already. I plan to run Aux. into the cabin for a fuse box and one in the engine bay. I also have to plan for a future Air compressor.

Where are you installing that solenoid? just drilled to the top of the slee bracket or vertical on the firewall/fender/under the slee bracket tray shelf?

thanks!

I installed mine on the ps inner fender right next to the second battery. This was for my 80 Series though.

I've been thrilled with my National Luna setup for my fridge and winch. It is the best out there in my opinion.

Mine's drilled to the top of the Slee bracket - that little flat shelf?

I mounted mine on the fender forward of the dual battery:

good spot

I think I'm going to put it where you have yours Kurt. Looks like the OEM holes match up?? :thumb:

Question...Did you fuse that short run from Aux Battery to the Solenoid?
