2006 Snow and Pizza Run - Yankee Hill - Jan. 8th

Meeting Place: Cemetery area half mile above (west) of Central City.
The normal spot. Pizza at Beau Jo's Pizza after the run.

Date: Sunday Jan. 8th, 2006
Time: Meet at 9am or so and leave by 10:00am sharp
That means everyone will have time to check out the rigs, chew the
fat and be all aired down and ready to go by 10am.

This is a easy to difficult run based on how far up the trail you want to push it. Most people with aggressive mudders won't chain up. But, feel free to put chains on halfway up if you want. Be prepared to be wadding through lots and lots of snow, especially when you exit your stuck rig to hook up a strap. Gater's, snow suits, gortex - or whatever just be prepared to stay warm.

We will most likely be turning around 3/4 of the way up at a point where only ATV's have continued. We will descend down to Idaho Springs via one of the dirt roads like York Gulch.

We can meet at Beau Jo's in Idaho Springs for Pizza after the run. Around 5pm. Channel 4.
