Tech guys - here's your chance to be a rock star in the TLCA
Toyota Trails is actively looking for technical writers, to write a recurring column in TT highlighting Tacoma-specific and FJ Cruiser-specific information. In fact, one could also make a case for an 80-specific and 100 series-specific column as well. If you are interested in doing this, please email Todd, the TT editor, at firstname.lastname@example.org, include a brief bio, introduction, and a writing sample.
Toyota Trails very much wants its content to support the needs of its members. Being that so many new members just don't drive 40's, there's a need to bring some new writing talent into TT, so the magazine can better appeal and benefit all members.
This isn't hard stuff- 6 articles per year, would probably take you 2 hours to complete, tops. The topics, focus, etc. of your article would be whatever you wanted, talk about mods, maintenance, how to wheel, this really would be your column, in your magazine, for your TLCA. Please pass this invitation on to whomever you think would be well suited for this, as it is a great opportunity to be a voice of progress in the TLCA. :thumb:
your loving MSVP...
Is Mr Whatley stepping down?
It looks like this is the second issue this year (year isn't over yet) minus Mr Whatley.
I know I for one always looks for his article first...
yes, he is done with Tech Exchange, but there is already a new tech exchange writer in place who should be excellent. However this is more for new, additional, different content, not to replace something.
