I recommended a co-worker have his 3.0L replaced by Jesse at ATLR and he was very happy. I believe it was a rebuilt but I don't recall the brand (not Jasper AFAIK).

FWIW, the best speakers are the Motorola HSN6001B, usually see them for about $5 at ham fests or eBay. Bulletproof (maybe literally, they use them in cop cars), can be very loud and extremely clear...
