I had to look it up. I knew the twin turbo MkIV was powerful but 320 HP & 315 lb-ft, yup. I know the R150F holds up OK behind 3.4L with blowers, but I don't think Toyota rated them for this much...

The R transmissions wouldn't last long behind a 2JZ-GTE. Maybe the A340 auto? According to Wikipedia they used the V160 stick in the MkIV twin turbo Supras, which was never in a truck.
