Kurt, you could try using a hose from an FJ60 application. It's a little different but maybe with some custom trimming?

Upper s-shaped hose: 15777-61011
Lower hose with 90 deg bend: 99555-30280

Please don't use Fram filters. Suggest NAPA Gold 1515, Wix 51515, or Toyota.
