Oil pressure looked good on the gauge. And do I just check each cylinder with a compression gauge? Covering the top of the carb with my hand helps it out.

Ok parts ordered! Now we wait. I also was looking at the vacuum line diagram and it looks like a couple of vacuum lines were miss matched. I think I got those sorted out, so hopefully that will help...
