Everything was in the orange box. No solar panels so they must just swap batteries. There is a road to the top of Sugarloaf Mtn., normally chained off, but the chain was down and there were fresh ATV tracks.

In addition to being prepared, this is a good reason to have explored all the back roads.

The two guys I spoke to in Flagstaff Mt. Park were volunteer HAM spotters operating on 146.760.
