The ABS coming on close to a stop is a faulty wheel speed sensor. Pull the sensors and i would bet one of them has metal shavings on it. Clean it up and it should work. As for the squealing I would suspect a rock or pebble worked its way into the caliper somewhere. I had it happen once, when I finally pulled the caliper a rock fell out and the noise was gone.
