Looks like a repaint for sure with the rear mud flaps gone, no snake blinders, and obvious undercoat in the wheel wells. White's the easiest color to hide body filler with too. There would be at least a few rock chips in that paint if it was original.
Tail light lenses are also cloudy and glazed looking. In my experience, the paint would be in similar shape over time. I can't explain exactly why this is, but it is usually true. Looks like it has been repainted, but still a beautiful truck nonetheless.
