I've had similar issues on nuts next to the gas tank on the 3rd gen runners. I torque the other side, then feel how hard it is to just get it to turn with the box wrench (usually with a cheater as well), and then feel it out on the other side. I use plenty of loctite, and it has never been an issue. Probably not exactly 130, but close enough for the loctite to take care of the rest.
I also don't know if the 80 series are the same, but on many pieces of the suspension, there are indexing tabs on the nuts, and indents on the frame, which allow the nut to "lock in" when it is at the correct torque. Those also help prevent loosening.
