Round, straight wheels are nice but not absolutely necessary. IMHO the dents shown in the pictures are not a safety hazard. Having the wheels straightened by a reputable shop will likely cost more than what you paid for the wheels. If you're running a low profile tire, 50 series or less, you'll feel the flat spot. If you're running a 75 series truck tire, I doubt you'll notice it. They should balance out just fine. If a subtle vibration is going to bug you, I'd try to return those and find a set in better condition.
