Yeah, it's fairly simple to change the rotors on the 'ol '03 Taco.
Take off the wheel, take out the pads, take off the caliper and suspend it from the upper control arm, slip off the old rotor and slip on the new one, then replace everything. Takes about 15 minutes a piece.
