The washout is Little Bear Creek North of Masonville on the Stove Prairie road. The boulder is mile marker 99 on highway 14. I spoke to the National Guard, one of the Deputies, and the DOT. The narrows in 14 were mostly rock slides. The road washouts were below Poudre Park.
