Default Good trail for "leaf peeping"

I know that a lot of trails are probably in pretty poor shape right now with the flooding, but my girlfriend and I wanted to get up to the mountains this weekend to check out some changing colors. Some on the list that I've done that I *think* would be good are Guanella/Argentine/McClellan, Bill Moore Lake, Georgia Pass, Breakneck Pass...are there any that you all might suggest? We definitely like to hike too a bit, so something with that mixed in would be a huge plus. I like trails in the 3-6 range in difficulty on the scale..with a little 7 thrown in from time to time too
