Couple years ago in the Maze was Dan's Camp Chef. And key to that success was putting it under my 10x10 popup... that thing really held the heat in, felt like a 10-20° difference under there.

edit: Also using a small machine screw, I was able to create a little ball depressor that allowed use of another stove gas line on the Camp Chef. Meaning, I got it to run on a little green can... not perfect (leaks a tiny bit, and the flame is smaller) but I was able to get about 2 hours from one can.
