From onlinetoyotaparts.com

Propeller shaft, Drive shaft
Land Cruiser, w/ABS
UNIVERSALS & REAR AXLE Rear axle
Toyota › Land Cruiser › 1995-1997
List Price : $549.87
Your Price : $428.90

I got mine rebuilt at Bill's Englewood Driveshaft for $226 (re-splined and re-tubed). He tubed it thicker than stock so technically it's an upgrade.

When I walked in the door with it he said, "80 Series Land Cruiser." I figured I must be in the right place.
