In addition to what the others have stated, especially testing the Cat, ABV, and timing, it helps to run the tank down low in fuel. That might keep the evap system from dumping the extra fuel vapor into the system. Add the Heet with the tank low. You can also go higher on your idle.

My guess is a weak air pump or bad Cat.
