Marco, you'll be fine on those trails. I did Kane Creek last fall with 31s and a rear locker, all you have to do in rocks is take your turns wide to keep your sheetmetal off of the ones that are poking out at you. Nice smooth throttle to get you up stuff, and with your rear locker and 35s you're going to walk a lot of stuff. Fins is easy as it doesn't twist and turn through narrow stuff like Kane Creek, and by the time you (hopefully) run E-Hill you'll be an expert!
But yeah no dogs in Canyonlands NP, so no dogs on E-Hill
